On Saturday, November 1 Holy Mass in the Extraordinary Form will be offered at 12 Noon for the Feast of All Saints. As our chaplain Father Harold McKale has said, although the obligation to attend Mass on this day has been removed due to the fact that it falls on a Saturday, we ought to resist the urges of the world and do what is right to give the Saints in Heaven their due.
Because All Souls falls on a Sunday, the feast is transferred to Monday, November 3. High Mass with Absolution of the Dead at the Catafalque will be offered at 7 PM.
The usual parking arrangements will be in place. Please plan to attend one or both of these beautiful liturgies and invite others to join you.

Requiescat in Pace
Richard Collins, of the excellent blog Linen on the Hedgerow, died today. Through the years of blogging, I found Richard to be a man of exceptional wit and insight. He was extraordinarily devoted to the Traditional Latin Mass and I learned much of what I know from him. Please pray for the repose of his soul and for the consolation of his family.
